Please note that we supply non-tangible, digital software products which are delivered electronically and are therefore irrevocable once issued. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final and that we do not offer refunds for incorrect orders or for submissions made with incomplete or inaccurate information.

To prevent delays or additional costs, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided at the time of order is complete, accurate, and correct. Any revisions, amendments, or rework required as a result of incorrect or missing information may incur additional charges.

Furthermore, once a software file has been requested and subsequently returned or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
